To apply for an exemption from the Brent or Dubai 1st Line expiry limit, you’ll need to fill out this form and include a detailed commercial rationale for requiring the exemption.
Delivery Limit Exemption Application Form – Single Member
This form should be used to apply for a delivery limit exemption for soft commodity contracts listed on ICE Futures Europe when one member holds the position that is the subject of the application.
Delivery Limit Exemption Application Form – Multi Member
This form should be used to apply for a delivery limit exemption for soft commodity contracts listed on ICE Futures Europe when more than one member holds the position that is the subject of the application.
Energy Delivery Limit Exemption Form
Companies who wish to apply for an exemption from the Delivery Limit for either ICE Low Sulphur Gasoil Futures, ICE Permian WTI Futures or ICE Permian WTI Storage Futures should fill out this form with the relevant information and submit the completed form.
Energy Position Limit Exemption Form
To apply for an exemption from energy position limits, you’ll need to fill out this form and include a detailed commercial rationale for requiring the exemption.
MIFID MFT Access Form
The ICE MFT Service allows Members and relevant market participants to automate or ad-hoc downloading and uploading of MiFID data files. Members and market participants requesting use of the ICE MiFID MFT Service should complete the attached MiFID Access Request Form and return it to the email address included at the top of the form.
