“Average” quotations appearing in the “OPIS
Biofuels Daily Report” report under the heading
“Renewable Diesel”, subheading “Spot Renewable
Diesel Assessment” for “Los Angeles”, and
“RD 99%” for each business day (as specified below) in
the determination period.
