Flexible work model

We've introduced a flexible model of working guided by our belief that in-person collaboration is valuable as well as the reality that new ways of working are possible. Each role at ICE is designated as In-Office, Hybrid or Remote-First;

  • Roles at certain senior levels
  • Roles that require an in-office presence to perform the job

  • Roles with direct reports below certain senior levels
  • ​​​​At least three days a week in the office and up to two days a week remote

  • Roles that do not have direct reports may be eligible
  • No more than two days a week in the office and may be as few as zero days a week in the office​
Work from home technology program
Regardless of office designation, employees are eligible for a generous technology program which provides essential equipment at home.
