Introduction

ICE Benchmark Administration® Limited (“IBA”) is being compelled by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) to publish the 1-, 3- and 6-Months USD LIBOR settings using an unrepresentative “synthetic” methodology. The FCA intends that these "synthetic" settings will cease after publication on 30 September 2024. All other LIBOR® settings have ceased to be published.

IBA is the authorised administrator of LIBOR® and is regulated by the FCA.
